Location = Elsie card shop(5 min walk from hougang MRT station)
Date and time = 22 March (Tuesday), 2.30 P.M
Entrance Fee = $5
Format = 4-7 participants -> single elimination
more than 8 -> Swiss 3 to 5 rounds

Rules
1, Following March 2011 Banlist and cards from any language is allowed.

2, No proxies and fake cards is allowed during the tournament.
3, Main deck, max : 60 min : 40.
Side deck, max : 15 min : 0.
Extra deck, max : 15 min : 0.
4, If you are caught cheating, you will be counted lost to that match and lost your chance of winning by getting disqualified.
5, For cards like synchros and fusions, please take them out when playing and send them to graveyard etc. when needed.
6, Judges have the right to disqualify if the participants disobey the rules
7, Any card ruling problems should be asked to the judges, the another host.
8, If you lost, please don't go yet. We might create some sudden event whereas the losers may have a chance to win something else.
10, If there are much response from the participants, more prizes will be waiting.
11, Standard Konami ruling during the gameplay.

As we, ygoonthespot members are willing to help our readers, we accept the job called deck building. This is free for all of our readers. All you need to do is just to help us spread around this blog so that more and more people will know our blog. Status Update
Term 1 is finally over <3
What are March Holidays for if teachers give you like 3 projects and tons of homeworks???
Anyways, building my Sins. Almost done. I'll do a little update on it.
I feel like buying a Album to put all my Dragons inside.
Baby Dragon is pro.
For those that read our blog, thxs alot!
Finally, after playing sins,
Kaiser Colosseum is ******* PRO.
Sin Truth or some huge beater on the field and activate Kaiser Colosseum. Say no to synchros! and **** them with my SIN POWA!

Hi guys, iosmk here. AT LAST, MY EXAMS ARE OVER. And its time to post tourney reports. I joined a tourney yesterday, and here's the report.
Deck used = Skill Drain hero beat
Swiss round 1 vs WWBF XX
1st duel = Raioh On the field + trap dustshoot for control, but he got solemn warning, icarus and D prison to stop all my attacks and he controlled from there
2nd duel = Opponent 1st turn whirlwind and he had duality, took delta crow. Can't do much shit.
Swiss round 2 vs Quickdandy OO
1st duel = Raioh and honest for control and of course skill drain FTW
2nd duel = Trap dustshoot and skill drain kills him too
Swiss round 3 vs Naturia OO
1st duel = Both of us stall for quite long as he got naturia bambooshoot which almost locks me, but cyber dragon wins game lol
2nd duel = Same thing happened
Top 8 vs Machina karakuri XX
1st duel = 1 allius, 1 dprison, 1 skill drain, 1 royal oppression 1 gemini spark and 1 honest. Very gay hand. But he used giant trunade and OTK me (wonder why i dont use honest, he changed my allius battle position)
2nd duel = Another Giant trunade make me lost. And ya, my solemn judgment hide from me ytd, only come out once in all the duels
Top 5-8 vs Pampers Blackfeather OO
1st duel = Raioh and Barbaros skill drain win
2nd duel = We stalled, in the end, He DaD destroy my monster. He forgot to use the effect 1 more time to destroy my backrow. Thus he summoned a monster and i use my only torrential tribute. Wonder why i dont use torrential when he come out my DaD? I was talking and not concentrating on that duel. Lucky me lol
Top 5-6 vs X saber OO
1st duel = D prison for the win
2nd duel = all ATTACKK!!!
Key card for today = Skill drain
hatred card for today = Giant trunade
Got a secret Power tool dragon which is not bad for a 3 dollar tourney. I can use the english one and sell my jap 3D for income lol.

Ruling Change! OMG
#This may not be 100% true but it's probably 90% true because it is from the Konami.jp site
Do take note that this rule will take place on 19th of March 2011. So i don't want to hear complain that someone say,"ygoonthespot says that the ruling has changed or whatever." This rule isn't applied yet, and yes, we will update you more news about this. When the rule has officially changed, we will update it and some thoughts may be shared. So just duel as usual, and just wait for the time to come.

モンスターの起動効果を、モンスターの召喚（反転召喚・特殊召喚）に成功したタイミングでは発動できない。
After changed =
When a monster is normal, flipped or special summoned and it has an effect, you will not have the timing and will not be able to use the effect as a priority effect.
※基本的にモンスターの起動効果は、特に指定の無い限り、メインフェイズにて発動する事ができる効果になります。
何らかの効果処理が完了した時や、1つの行動の終了時という特定のタイミングに於いての発動はできません。

In case you guys don't understand, it means you just lack priority for ignition effects. For example, you can no longer call priority for Dark Armed Dragon's effect nor effects like exiled force's. Some may argue that Konami is making the game more simple for beginners and not making the game better for skilled player. However, others may argue that the game now requires more strategical plays. This ruling will make boss monsters like Judgement Dragon and Dark Armed Dragon more manageable

If the above prediction is correct, then it could mean big changes how we need to we need to worry about countering the opponent. Seven Tools would become a lot less necessary, for example, if Warning saw a big enough drop in play. My Body as a Shield could make a great choice, especially since people are so eager to run to Decree/Trap Stun now that Book of Moon is limited.

Karakuri Owns!
Hi guys, iosmk here. Went to elsie card shop just now, and my friend, MokeyPers played a Karakuri deck. Karakuri is well known everywhere, but this is the first time i see such a stable karakuri deck. So, here is the decklist.

Yeah, there isn't any trap cards inside. So basically the combo is to machine duplication the ninishi and nishipachi, special summon level 5 monster from the field spell card, and do the usual thing. Cyber dragon and black salvo? Nah, since he said that he wanna make a pure karakuri deck. And it works. You can try it out, and its pretty stable. I know that the combo using Cyber Dragon and Black salvo is very famous, but we can use other methods too. And the concept is to just use around 3 cards, to swarm the whole field, plus drawing power. So, for the usual tricks on how to do it, well its just almost the same as Cydra black salvo combo(for those who doesn't know how it works, you can go to www.duelingdays.blogspot.com), just that you can do other stuffs too, since you have the field spell card. So, try it out.

March 2011 banlist prediction
Hi guys, iosmk here. In a blink of eye, we have actually enjoyed almost 6 months of September 2010 banlist. And now, we are going to get a new banlist soon, which is around 21st Feb. Lots of people have been posting their banlist prediction, so i will do so too.
Banned =
Cold wave (it makes OTK easier, Cold wave + J.D or black rose or 1st turn cold wave for control is just too strong)
Limited =
Lonefire blossom (If its semi, you can do too many things just by using 2 lonefire)
Tech genus hyper lybrarian (Crazy drawing whore is just too much)
Solemn warning (bottomless trap hole is semi, so this card should be limited as it negates any summon)
Semi-limited =
Debris dragon (free black rose, gungnir, iron chain and trishula)
Formula Synchron (Combos with Tech Genus is just too strong)
BF kalut (same reason with my friend...Honest is semi, so kalut should get it too)
BF blizzard (free BF beatstick, free brionac, goyo)
Gateway of the 6 (TCG hasn't try the crazy OTK combo using kizan. So they will semi-limit this card, make the TCG players buy, and limit it on september. Smartass konami)
